Overall, the resort is well-managed with excellent spa services and amenities, making it one of the best in the area.
I had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, with spacious toilets and closets for my belongings. However, the room size felt small considering the price they charge.
The hotel has individually designed rooms that offer a nice stay, though some rooms may have a moldy smell due to humidity. The food is delightful, and the hospitality is exceptional. However, the immediate payment for services can be unpleasant, as the staff might need more training to match the expected service level for a resort. The location is amazing and well-managed, perfect for a memorable and recharging experience. The dining experience, while delicious, may lack Western food options and quality at times.
